No support or response

Dont buy this software unless you are ok with getting no support of any tipe from the company. I purchased it on the Apple Store a month ago and had a number of questions about its use. There has been no response despite their claims of getting back to you within 48 hours. I ultimately asked about geeing a refund as their website claims you can get within 30 days of purchase, and here again, no response.

Very disappointing
